How To Order :

1. Please take a look at our products, through our web on otaku-monstore.blogspot.com or our twitter.

2. Please read the description of the product carefully. Please notice the colors stocks, size, etc, because we're not responsible for your mistakes when filling the order form.

3. If you have decided, please send us an e-mail (required) to order.otakumonstore@gmail.com with the format :

    - Your address :
    - Postal Code :
    - Product Name :
    - Product Code :
    - Color *) :
    - Model *) :
    - Size *) :
    - Your e-mail :
    - Your phone number :
 *) Only if you order T-shirt

4. If you order more than one product, please write down the name of the products and the code of the products in one e-mail.

5. Please send us your order form only via e-mail. SMS/Whatsapp/YM! just for asking and confirming.

6. If you have sent your e-mail, we will reply immediately with total price and our bank account numbers.

7. Please do the payment immediately, and confirm to us if you have done the payment.

8. We will process your order soon :)

2. Tolong bacalah deskripsi produk dengan teliti. Harap diperhatikan stock ketersediaan warna, ukuran, dan lain-lain, karena kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan pengisian formulir pemesanan.

3. Apabila sudah menentukan produk yang hendak dipesan, tolong kirimkan e-mail (wajib) ke order.otakumonstore@gmail.com dengan format :

4. Apabila memesan lebih dari satu product, cantumkan nama-nama product dan kode product tersebut dalam satu e-mail.

5. Harap kirimkan formulir pemesanan hanya melalui e-mail. SMS/Whatsapp/YM! hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana bertanya dan konfirmasi.

6. Jika kamu sudah mengirimkan formulir pemesanan, kami akan segera membalas e-mail kamu dengan jumlah total yang harus kamu bayar beserta rekening.

7. Harap segera melakukan pembayaran, dan langsung konfirmasi kan pada kami apabila telah melakukan pembayaran tersebut.

8. Kami akan memproses pesanan kamu segera :)
